As a serial entrepreneur, I realised the need of a mentor very late in life. But as they say “its never too late in life”, so I got a mentor for myself at the age of 45, that changed my outlook. Now I am on a pursuit to mentor people, so they don’t make the same mistakes I did.

Been there, seen that, done it. Life has been full of challenges and decision making at every step. Some decisions were right, but many went wrong. Since I did not had a coach, guide or a mentor, most of my decisions were uninformed, which did not fructify. Nevertheless, it has been an interesting journey by far.

After my schooling from Bangalore, our family moved to Mumbai. I did my pre-university and Bachelors from Mumbai university and my MBA from Pune university. My interest towards academics and curiosity to learn encouraged me to complete my Doctorate in Business Management (PhD) and LLB from Mumbai university. I want to keep acquiring knowledge throughout the journey of my life.

Having travelled to 32 countries multiple times on business trips and lived in Singapore and UAE, my journey of learning continues. I don’t know how much knowledge I have acquired, but I can confidently claim “I have developed a technique to grasp things faster, which makes me a quick learner.”

During this journey of 25 years, I have been privileged to meet many successful people and got the opportunity to coach and mentor many youngsters, middle management professionals and entrepreneurs. No tall claims – but I feel my minuscule guidance and mentoring has surely contributed to their success in career.
